The information included in this document remains the exclusive property of Saxdor Yachts Ltd (hereinafter “Saxdor”)

Under this document, or in any other act that has been performed in the process of the purchase of the Saxdor boat (hereinafter “Product”), Saxdor does not convey licenses or other rights of any kind, including but not limited to, rights to know-how, patents, utility models, designs, copyrights or other industrial property rights or titles, be it expressed, implied or tacitled.

Except for the right to utilize the Product and this document, the issuance of the document does not constitute an express or implied grant to any rights to or under Saxdor’s patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. The owner/recipient of this manual and of the Product (hereinafter “User”) will not use any tradename, trademark, logo or any other proprietary rights of Saxdor or any of its affiliates in any manner without a prior written authorization of such use by a duly authorized representative of Saxdor.

The User is prohibited from registering his/hers own industrial property rights, such as patents, registered design or utility models, on the basis of the information obtained or received with this document or in connection with the Product purchase, as well as otherwise exploit the information included in this document for commercial gain.
